We ship most orders the same day if the order is received before 1:00pm Eastern Time. Orders received after 1:00pm Eastern Time ship the next business day (Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am Eastern Time to 5:00pm Eastern Time.). 

Cookie Bouquet orders received by noon EST will ship two days after receipt.  Our cookie bouquets are made from scratch.  The royal icing on the cookies requires overnight curing.

Orders arrive in 2-5 business days to most locations depending on the shipping method you choose.  No handling charges are added.

Chocolate Orders - May through October

We will substitute chocolate cookies and other equal value product for chocolate in baskets due to the heat.
